Meet HER
"Queen" Elizabeth was born and raised in the scenic mountains of Southern California, Elizabeth's passion for real estate took root early. Earning her Real Estate License in 2006, she quickly rose to become one of the top five producing agents in her area. Fueled by ambition, she co-founded and launched her own Real Estate franchise alongside her brother.
When the market shifted in 2008, Elizabeth refused to let adversity slow her down. She pivoted to property management, helping clients protect and grow their investments. Committed to excellence, she earned her California Certified Resident Manager (CCRM) designation through the California Apartment Association. In 2015, she achieved another milestone—her California Broker’s License. She continues to expand her expertise by pursuing a Real Estate Certificate with a Concentration in Leasing & Brokerage at UCLA Extension.
With experience spanning from on-site management to regional property leadership, Elizabeth has built a reputation for delivering stability and success in property management. Today, as the founder of HER Investments, she leverages her vast industry knowledge to mentor and empower others on their real estate journey.
